Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

The delivery happens as soon as possible on the most secured and most favourable channel, at the moment normally with the Swiss Post.

All sending will travel at clients’ risk. Claim for damages or payback can not be asserted for lost or damaged goods as well as time lag caused by conveyance difficulties.

Carriage damage has to be immediately communicated in writing to the conveyance (post) and to us.

 

Delivery Time:

At prepayment we will deliver normally immediately when cashed.

That is, that we will hand over the goods on the same day to the Swiss Post (Exception during our annual closing).

If there should be a delivery delay, we would inform you immediately by e-mail or phone.

We will always make it an effort to keep up our online-shop up to date.

Delivery that returns after 7 days, because the parcel neither was possible to hand over nor was collected at the post, will be delivered again only for a fee of CHF 30.-.

 

Shipping Charges

Switzerland

We are delivering by Post.

The proportion of Shipping Charges and packaging amounts all-inclusive:

PostPac Economy CHF 9.00, PostPac Priority CHF 11.00.

Orders with a order value more than CHF 250.00 will be shipped at no charge by PostPac Priority.

Europe

We are delivering by Swiss Post PostPac International.

The proportion of Shipping Charges and packaging amounts all-inclusive:

PostPac Economy CHF 22.00, PostPac Priority CHF 34.00.

Other countries

On request by e-mail: info@nailcontact.com with description of the required article and quantity.

Delivery Abroad

If there is a delivery abroad there will be charged costs of customs clearance on the receiver’s part.

 

Guarantee / Right to Return

 

If you don’t like the article, you have the right to return it within 4 days of delivery of the order. This excludes fluids (Cleaner, Nail Polish Remover, Antisept etc.). Of hygienic reasons these articles are excluded from the guarantee / right to return. For saving the deadline it’s sufficient to send back the unused, undamaged goods in the original packaging to: Nail Contact, Jennifer Teixeira de Almeida, Zugerstrasse 77, 6340 Baar.

After successful reshipment we will credit you the value of goods, VAT included and will be set off automatically with the next invoice.

If there is a mistake of ours with the delivery, we will credit you the shipping charges you had to pay for the return.

This guaranteed return is not valid for sales products.
